Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping costs are fixed and established according to your delivery address, not to the weight.

* Standard shipping is free in Canada and USA for all orders over 150$ CAD.
* International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept returns and exchanges within a period of 14 days after the receipt of the delivery. The product must be intact and still tagged with the initial label.
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer can never be returned. Hang tags must still be attached to apply for a return. Sale items cannot be returned and are final sale only.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and that shipping fees for an exchange or return must be assumed by the buyer unless the return is for a fault of our own. Products purchased online are neither refundable or exchangeable at retailer stores.
- Contact our customer service at email@example.com to receive the return address. In your email, indicate the invoice number, the style, colour and size of the item(s) being returned and the reason for return.
- We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once received, we will proceed with the exchange as soon as possible.
- USA or international returns: You must declare the return as “Canadian Goods Return”, as we will not accept packages that require customs fees and may result in the package being returned to you at your expense.
You will be refunded with the same payment method used during the original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchange or return will be made. In case the goods can not be exchanged, we will refund you.
We keep the right to refuse a return or exchange if the goods do not meet our return policies.
